Not familiar with Underberg? This 170 year old german digestif is a perky little bitter and for many an eye-opening experience. A herbaceous digestive aid with a burst of fire from its 44% alcohol content.

Underberg recommends you take it as a shot straight from the bottle but cautious souls may want to try a few drops in sparkling water.
